OFFER 1: CONCERT PIECES

RATES

  • 1′ piece: 35.00 USD
  • 2′ piece: 60.00 USD
  • 3′ piece: 80.00 USD
  • 4′ piece: 100.00 USD

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All conditions are negotiable only in private (by PM, email, contact form, Facebook chat etc.).
  2. Offer is valid for original compositions. Arrangements are negotiable under certain conditions.
  3. You may decide all or part of the instrumentation. Pieces may be for 1 to 3 performers and may include any modern “classical” or jazz/rock instrument or voice. Instruments outside of these categories, as well as larger instrumentations, are negotiable under certain conditions.
  4. You may specify an approximate difficulty level for the piece. If no difficulty level is specified, the piece will tend to be playable only by professional musicians.
  5. You will receive a fully edited digital copy of the score, in concert pitch. Parts, if required, will be produced under request at no additional cost.
  6. You will be credited on the score preface as having commissioned the piece.
  7. All pieces are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license. Any use of the piece not foreseen in this license, including commercial uses, should be negotiated between us beforehand.
  8. Rates are valid only for payments made in USD via PayPal, and may vary for other payment methods.
  9. Rates are based on the minimum duration desired for the piece. The actual finished piece may end up lasting a few seconds longer. Additionally, any piece will tend to be longer when performed than the duration written in the score.
  10. Pieces commissioned before or on the 1st of December will be delivered before the end of 2016.
  11. You may request a revision of the score any time after the piece is finished, at no additional cost. Revision requests will be attended to as promptly as possible. Likewise, I reserve the right to revise the finished piece at any time, in which case you will receive an updated version of the score to replace the previous version.
  12. If you have no plans of arranging a performance of the piece in your area, I will do my best to have it performed and send you a recording, even if not a professional one. Conversely, if you have plans of arranging a performance, I expect you to do the same. Please note that feasibility of a performance in São Paulo may depend on the instrumentation of the piece.
